Debt relief advertising.
Explain the service. Respect the person.

Talking about debt can feel difficult. We build a calm radio or TV message that explains your service and gives someone a clear way to ask questions, without pressure or promises of relief.

The creative conversation

Three spots, three different burdens.

We start with the specific burdens your team handles — credit cards, back taxes, student loans — your service states and the consultation offer you can honestly make. Everything else follows from that.

  • On air since 1984

    Radio, TV, OTT & social

  • Tested commercials

Adapted to your offer, or made new

  • Calls direct to you

    Your line, your response—never resold

  • You approve everything

    Spots and markets, before airing

The Debt Helpline, Real Tax Dr. and Student Loan Helpline spots below each speak to one specific situation. Your campaign would be built the same way — one burden, one honest offer, one number to call.

A person calling about credit cards should not discover they have reached a tax service. A taxpayer asking about a notice needs a different explanation from a borrower asking about student loans. We separate those offers, use your approved service criteria and give each commercial a next step your team can honor.

How response reaches you

Your commercials air. Your phone rings. Your leads arrive in real time.

  1. 1

    Commercials air

Your customized debt relief spots run on the radio, TV, OTT and social placements planned for your market.

  2. 2

    Calls ring direct to you

People looking for your service call the line you choose and speak with your team—no middleman.

  3. 3

Web leads shared in real time

Web form responses from your campaign are delivered to your team as they come in, so you can follow up quickly.

Your audience

Start with the need. Build the reach around it.

Debt can be a sensitive subject. Radio and TV give someone another way to hear your offer and decide whether to contact your team. We plan the message around the specific burden your team handles — cards, taxes, student loans — and the states you serve.

  • People carrying credit card balances they can't pay down
  • Taxpayers facing IRS action or wage garnishment
  • Borrowers overwhelmed by student loan payments
  • English and Spanish-speaking households

Shaping your campaign

A calm voice for a private problem.

We develop a considerate message that names the debt concern, explains your service and describes the consultation your team actually provides. The spots below show three versions of that approach.

Qualify in the copy

The Debt Helpline spot names its service criteria. Your campaign can explain its own approved conditions, but a caller still needs assessment by your team.

Match the message to the burden

Credit cards, back taxes and student loans are different conversations. The Real Tax Dr. and Student Loan Helpline spots each speak to one situation; your campaign does the same rather than blending them.

Offer a conversation, not a cure

A consultation is a useful invitation when its terms reflect your actual service. Promising specific settlements or forgiveness in ad copy creates compliance risk and disappointed callers.

Campaign fit

What we work through with your team

For debt resolution, tax relief and student loan services, the details of the business shape the advertising. These are the decisions we make together before production and airtime.

  • The specific debt situations your team handles and your service states.
  • An honest consultation offer your compliance position supports.
  • Call handling that treats callers with patience and dignity.

Measurement

What we learn once the campaign is on air

A ringing phone is only the beginning. We agree on what to track and review your team's feedback, so the next creative and scheduling decisions reflect the conversations the advertising starts.

  • Calls by market, station and message.
  • How many callers complete a consultation.
  • The burdens callers describe, fed back into the next script.

From the first conversation to the first airing.

  • Start with the burden you handle

We discuss the situations your team resolves, your service states and the consultation offer you stand behind.

  • Build calm, honest creative

Script and production speak to one situation without promising outcomes, with your review before airing.

  • Schedule and refine

We plan markets and dayparts, review response by the agreed tracking sources, and adjust from what the calls show.

Local campaign brief

Debt Relief: rules & timing.

Sources reviewed · United States FTC telemarketing rules for covered services; state debt-adjusting rules may also apply.

Debt-relief commercials should explain the advertiser's actual service and invite a review without promising a fixed reduction or guaranteed settlement. Calls go directly to the client's team, and its own web responses are shared in real time.

Local requirements, timing & sources

Local requirements

The FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule covers many inbound responses to TV, radio and internet debt-relief ads. Covered for-profit telemarketed services cannot collect a fee until at least one debt is resolved, the consumer agrees to the result and makes a payment under that agreement. Confirm the rule's full conditions, exemptions and applicable state licensing; do not hide creditor refusal, credit effects or material risks.

When to plan

There is no fixed national settlement period or debt-relief enrollment season. A consumer's creditors, balances and circumstances affect the process. Plan against intake capacity and actual review steps, not an invented countdown or a promise that debts will be resolved in a set number of days.

General campaign-planning information, not legal, medical, tax or investment advice. State examples do not apply nationwide. Your compliance team should confirm current requirements before airing.

Debt Relief — plain-text brief

A note on compliance: Creative is built around an honest consultation offer and reviewed with your team before airing. We don't promise specific settlements, savings or forgiveness in advertising copy.
