Airtime Media · Solar contract exit
Solar exit advertising.
Explain the review. Not a guaranteed exit.
A homeowner may be questioning a solar contract after an unexpected bill or a difficult conversation about selling their home. We build radio and TV campaigns that reach them with a straightforward message: here's a number to call, and a team that will actually review your contract.

The creative conversation
The Solar Exit Hotline, and what it shows.
We start with the situations your team handles, the states you serve and the offer you can honestly make. The creative and the schedule grow out of that conversation.

Spots and markets, before airing
The Solar Exit Hotline example names a concern about contract costs and invites a review. Your campaign would be built the same way: around the situations your team handles and an offer you can stand behind.
A homeowner may have a lease complicating a sale, an agreement they do not understand or a bill that looks different from the original sales explanation. Those are different starting points. We build the script around the problems your team can review and explain what the homeowner should expect from that review—not an automatic cancellation.

Your audience
Start with the need. Build the reach around it.
Solar exit advertising reaches homeowners at a specific moment of frustration — a bill that didn't drop, a lease that blocks a home sale, a salesperson who stopped answering. We plan the message around those situations and the states your team serves, not around a preset demographic.
- Homeowners whose solar contract isn't saving them money
- People who feel misled by a door-to-door solar sale
- Home sellers whose solar lease is complicating the sale
- English and Spanish-speaking households
Shaping your campaign
Name the frustration honestly.
A homeowner may have questions about costs or contract obligations. The commercial should explain your review service and its actual terms without promising cancellation or savings.
Speak to the broken promise
The Solar Exit Hotline example starts with a concern about contract costs. Your campaign gets its own honest version of that message, built from the situations your team actually handles.
Offer a review, not a guarantee
Explain what your team reviews and what happens next. Only describe the review as free or no-obligation if those are your confirmed terms; do not promise cancellation or savings before an assessment.
Plan around your answering hours
We review your team's capacity and the available local schedule together. Call routing and after-hours handling should be agreed before the commercials air.
Campaign fit
What we work through with your team
For solar contract cancellation and exit services, the details of the business shape the advertising. These are the decisions we make together before production and airtime.
- The contract situations your team handles and the states you serve.
- An honest, review-first offer your compliance position supports.
- Call handling ready for frustrated, motivated callers.
Measurement
What we learn once the campaign is on air
A ringing phone is only the beginning. We agree on what to track and review your team's feedback, so the next creative and scheduling decisions reflect the conversations the advertising starts.
- Calls by market, station and message.
- How many callers send in their contract for review.
- The situations callers describe, fed back into the next script.
From the first conversation to the first airing.
Start with the situations you handle
We discuss the contract problems your team sees most, your service states and the review offer you can make.
Build honest creative
Script and production acknowledge the homeowner's frustration without promising outcomes, with your review before airing.
Schedule and refine
We plan markets and dayparts, review response by the agreed tracking sources, and adjust from what callers actually describe.

Solar Exit Hotline
Local campaign brief
Solar Exit: rules & timing.
Sources reviewed · United States consumer-protection rules; state contract law and utility arrangements vary.
Solar-exit campaigns should describe contract-review assistance, not promise that every loan, lease or power-purchase agreement can be cancelled. The agreement and jurisdiction determine the client's review; calls connect with that client's team rather than a shared referral list.
Local requirements, timing & sources
Local requirements
The FTC Cooling-Off Rule provides a three-business-day cancellation period for certain covered in-home or temporary-location sales, with exceptions. It is not a universal right to cancel any solar agreement, online purchase or exit-service contract. Confirm where and how the agreement was signed and applicable state rules; avoid unsupported savings, incentive and cancellation claims.
When to plan
A covered cooling-off period is short and transaction-specific; an older solar contract is not automatically within it. Review the actual agreement and notices before mentioning a deadline. Utility bills and local weather can inform campaign planning but do not create legal cancellation rights or guaranteed demand.
General campaign-planning information, not legal, medical, tax or investment advice. State examples do not apply nationwide. Your compliance team should confirm current requirements before airing.

A note on compliance: Creative is built around an honest review offer and reviewed with your team before airing. We don't promise contract outcomes or specific savings in advertising copy.
