The creative conversation

A clear explanation of the plans you offer.

We start with the plans you represent, your licensed states and the enrollment windows that matter to your business. Creative, production and the media schedule all follow from that conversation.

  • On air since 1984

    Radio, TV, OTT & social

  • Tested commercials

Adapted to your offer, or made new

  • Calls direct to you

    Your line, your response—never resold

  • You approve everything

    Spots and markets, before airing

Your commercial should explain the coverage conversation your agents can provide, using approved plan wording and accurate enrollment dates. We review relevant existing creative or develop a new spot around your plans, licensed states and call handling.

Your audience

Start with the need. Build the reach around it.

Health insurance advertising follows the shopper's moment — open enrollment, a new job, a move, a growing family — not a preset age or demographic. We plan the message and the schedule around the life events that make someone pick up the phone, in the states and languages your licensed agents cover.

  • Families comparing coverage during open enrollment
  • People who qualify for special enrollment after a life change
  • Self-employed and gig workers shopping for their own plan
  • English and Spanish-speaking households

Shaping your campaign

Meet people at the moment they're shopping.

Health insurance is a considered purchase with real deadlines. We build the campaign around the enrollment windows and qualifying events your team can act on, with carrier-approved wording throughout.

Anchor to the enrollment window

Open and special enrollment create natural urgency. The creative names the deadline honestly and gives listeners one clear next step — a call to a licensed agent — rather than a list of promises.

Speak to the life change

A new job, a marriage, a move, a 26th birthday — qualifying events are the real reasons people shop. The script can acknowledge the moment the listener is in without prying or pressure.

Keep the plan talk approved

Benefits, networks and eligibility wording come from your carrier-approved materials. Your compliance team reviews every script before production, so the spot you air is the spot you approved.

Campaign fit

What we work through with your team

For health insurance carriers, agencies and enrollment call centers, the details of the business shape the advertising. These are the decisions we make together before production and airtime.

  • The plans and carriers you represent, with approved messaging.
  • Licensed states and agent capacity for the schedule we plan.
  • English or Spanish call handling matched to the creative.

Measurement

What we learn once the campaign is on air

A ringing phone is only the beginning. We agree on what to track and review your team's feedback, so the next creative and scheduling decisions reflect the conversations the advertising starts.

  • Calls by market, station and enrollment window.
  • How many callers reach a licensed agent in a state you serve.
  • The questions callers ask, fed back into the next script revision.

From the first conversation to the first airing.

  • Start with your plans and states

We discuss the carriers you represent, where your agents are licensed and the enrollment windows you're planning around.

  • Build approved creative

Script and production use your carrier-approved wording, with your compliance team's review before anything airs.

  • Schedule around the window

We plan markets and dayparts for the enrollment period, then review call response with your team and adjust.

Local campaign brief

Health Insurance: rules & timing.

Sources reviewed · United States Marketplace and health-product standards; state exchange calendars differ.

Health-insurance campaigns should identify whether the offer is Marketplace major medical, employer coverage or another product. Benefits, enrollment rights and effective dates differ; the advertiser's licensed team receives its own calls and real-time web inquiries.

Local requirements, timing & sources

Local requirements

FTC guidance warns against describing limited-benefit or discount products as comprehensive major medical coverage. Verify producer licensing, the actual plan, costs and availability in each state. State-based exchanges can use different enrollment calendars from the federal platform; a local campaign must use the calendar for the coverage it advertises.

When to plan

Verify the current plan-year deadline with the applicable exchange before airing. At this source review, CMS's 2027-specific overview lists November 1–December 15, 2026 for federal-platform enrollment, while HealthCare.gov's general dates page also lists January 15; those published dates conflict, so do not treat either as a universal deadline. Employer enrollment and qualifying Special Enrollment Periods follow their own rules. Have the client's compliance team resolve the applicable current calendar before using a countdown.

General campaign-planning information, not legal, medical, tax or investment advice. State examples do not apply nationwide. Your compliance team should confirm current requirements before airing.

Health Insurance — plain-text brief

A note on compliance: Scripts are reviewed with your compliance team and carrier guidelines before airing. Calls go to your licensed agents; we don't sell or quote insurance.
